Marla Broaddus

Marla Broaddus represents ┬ábusinesses in every stage of litigation, including pre-trial investigation and preparation and through the appellate process in Texas state and federal courts. Marla specializes in written advocacy and has served as trial and appellate counsel in commercial disputes involving the energy, healthcare, insurance, and education sectors. In addition, she manages legal teams assembled to handle complex class action suits and matters involving multiple parties and claims. Her experience includes organizing and managing large scale document and electronic data discovery projects.
