Broaddus and Horton have success in the Fourth Court of Appeals

Enoch Kever attorneys, Marla Broaddus and Zack Horton, successfully fended off a sovereign immunity plea to the jurisdiction in front of a trial court and before the Fourth Court of Appeals (San Antonio).
