Enoch Kever Members continue as leaders of Austin Bar Association Civil Appellate Section.

Enoch Kever attorneys continue to be at the helm of the Austin Bar Association’s Civil Appellate Section. As Melissa Lorber has completed her year as Chair of the Section (and will now serve as Immediate Past Chair), Shelby O’Brien is stepping up as Chair Elect for 2020-21. Also, Amy Prueger has been selected to serve a two-year role as a Council Member for the Section.

 The Civil Appellate Section welcomes all Austin Bar members who are interested in our appellate courts and the practice of appellate law. The Section meets every other month for lunch and a one-hour CLE presentation on a topic related to appellate practice. The Section also sponsors occasional events with the justices of the Third Court of Appeals and Texas Supreme Court to promote the professional development of the bench and bar.
