Enoch Kever welcomes Paul Sarahan

We are very happy to announce that Paul C. Sarahan is the newest Member of Enoch Kever PLLC. Widely recognized by his peers and clients as one of the leading environmental lawyers in Texas, Paul brings added depth and breadth of experience to the firm’s respected environmental practice. His practice combines regulatory compliance advice, commercial transactions, as well as administrative agency regulatory, and trial court litigation. He brings to our clients the benefit of both his significant service as a regulator with Texas’s lead environmental regulatory agency and his long experience advising and advocating for clients. Paul represents clients in the energy, chemical, manufacturing, transportation, and retail industries in matters including civil and criminal enforcement, permitting, auditing, litigation, workplace safety, air and water quality, Superfund matters, and waste handling and disposal. Paul regularly appears on behalf of clients before both federal and state regulatory agencies in Texas as well as other states.
